Of all the things I’ve done in my life (so far) I am proudest of 3 major achievements – creating and producing my 3 brilliantly clever and amazingly beautiful daughters (with help of course from my handsome husband).
Today is Sarah’s birthday and I am very proud of the person she has become. Last year I wrote the first of my posts comparing the differences in our lives at the same age, Sarah’s story is here if you haven’t read it yet.
Our daughters all celebrate their birthdays within 5 weeks of each other and Sarah starts the party season. I am looking forward to running with her and Ben in the Mothers Day Classic in Canberra next weekend – Go Team DeBS!
This lovely photo was taken last Christmas – we were lucky to be able to share a great family holiday at the Gold Coast. Sarah, mum & I would get get up early each morning and go for a run or a walk along the beach and this day we stopped to play on the equipment before going home for breakfast. We decided that we are never too old to stop and play.
Happy birthday Sarah!!
I nominated you for the Leibster Award.
