5 seconds on Friday – conflicting views

Sunset views from my place - lucky or what?
Sunset views from my place – am I lucky or what?

I was pleased in some ways to have a quieter week but at the same time, I missed the action and excitement of last week – hence the word conflict in my title.
Here is a summary of the past week in 50 words:

Saturday morning catch up with friends.

Blissful long weekend with

Glorious winter days relaxing in sun room, reading, blogging, drinking tea.

Domestic chores,

Run in the forest.

Daughter’s birthday celebrated with story written just for her.

Sunsets, moonlit nights, frosty, foggy, mornings.

Meetings, work, Rotary visits.

Farewell daughter off OS.

Lovely little things you see when out walking in the paddock.

Thanks Anne. I enjoy writing them and expressing myself in a different way. Glad someone else reads them 🙂

Sounds like a busy but happy week. I love the photo of your daughter in 1991 that you have linked to this post. They grow so fast. I’m off wedding dress shopping today with my daughter. Wasn’t she just born? 🙂
