Tower Bridge is basically just a street over a river with cars, bikes, trucks…and me, hurtling over it.
On this particular day it also had two intrepid Aussies, a New Yorker and TallyHo! Cycle guide, Niall. We were at the end of our London city cycle tour, in peak hour traffic, just as dusk was falling. It was such a great experience!!
Here are a few more of my favourite street pics from a recent trip to London, all taken on my iPhone.
I love the busyness of these shots. Any thoughts?

That third one is Stunning – love the way the street curve leads you in. The lighting in the second is wonderful – nothing like a bit of reflected light!

Thanks. I also love the way the third picture pulls you around the corner, it was what I was trying to capture when I took it. The reflection in the other one was a bit of a rush but I liked the colours in the rain at the time. I appreciate your comments 😊

Lovely shots! You are right. The busy-ness of any street determines the activity there.

Thanks! These streets are much busier than the streets in my little town so I enjoy seeing and being a part of the bustling, busyness of it all when I’m away.
