Cut glass

Here is a photo of a sculpture made from pieces of glass, in response to today’s Photography 101 theme of glass.

Incorporate glass in today’s image: a window, a mirror, a wine glass, sunglasses, or something else. It doesn’t matter what form the glass takes.

I like the fact that we are in the photo in the reflections, as it makes it that bit more personal. It’s not my favourite art work but it is definitely an interesting piece. I also like the way the light reflects off all the angles and glass and bounces around the room.

I agree with the comment that:

glass is incredibly fun to experiment with when taking pictures, resulting in multi-layered and sometimes unexpected shots.

I hope I have shown this to be true, even if just a little bit!

What an amazing piece. I can’t tell what’s real and what’s reflected!!

I know! It was a bit hard to capture it all as a result. It certainly makes for an interesting pic doesn’t it? Thanks for commenting.
