On a scale of 1 to 10 – This morning I was running hill sprints and decided to put a stone down for each time I did a run up the hill and a walk back down, as I often lose count when I’m training (too many things to concentrate on) and decided this could be my photo for this week’s photo challenge.
The prompt is for pictures of scale, which mine doesn’t really show but I thought I’d go off course just to be different!! It’s not the best photo as it’s quite a bland gravel track with 10 stones lined up but it represents a scale of sorts to me. I’m challenging myself to improve my health and fitness!
I’m again doing the 12 week body transformation program and this time I won’t be put off by having my appendix out just weeks into it – because I no longer have my appendix! Last time I was on the program I suffered a series of setbacks and the emergency appendectomy was the last straw. Needless to say I didn’t finish the 12 weeks! This time I’m fit and healthy and ready to take on the 10km running program and hopefully lose a few kilos along the way.
