Weekly Photo Challenge: Freshened up

Today

The day started with a hint of autumnal freshness

And I woke feeling as fresh as a daisy.

I went for run in the fresh country air

Add followed it with a refreshing spa.

We picked peaches fresh from the trees in the garden

Together with the last of the fresh blackberries

My growing nails were freshened up

And the grass was freshly mown.

It was a good day for being fresh!
