When every day life gets you down, go on a road trip (adventure)!

Starting out on our weekend road trip!

This was the view recently as we started out on a road trip to the coast for the weekend – a mere 5 hours drive away. The morning was crisp and the light was beautiful in the early hours just after sunrise.  These trees will soon be turning green again with spring just around the corner!

We always seem too busy to notice the little everyday things but I think it’s these things that help us to slow down and appreciate our lives more. I’m currently doing this by looking for the adventure in the everyday.
