Happy days….spring has sprung!
It’s officially the first day of spring here in the land of Oz – and what a welcome day it is!
I love spring and have written about it quite a bit in my blog. I just love the way everything seems to wake up and come alive after the winter. We are lucky here as we have four distinct seasons so I get to appreciate each one for their uniqueness.
I also love photographing the buds as the uncurl into beautiful flowers. Get ready for my magnolia shots as it is budding up as we speak! My husband complains that I love photographing the garden far more than I like doing any work in it…and I won’t argue with that, as it’s very true!
I’m still going well with my 365 day photo challenge and am enjoying finding everyday adventures to share. It is amazing how differently you see the world when you actively look for beauty, adventure and take note of the small things in your life.

As always it’s good to hear from you if you’d like to leave me a comment.
Deb 🙂
PS. I literally lay down on the wet grass to get these shots of the daffodils from underneath – I hope you are suitably impressed!
I am suitably impressed! Daffodils reminds me of Wales where I lived for about 18 years. Thank you for the trip down memory lane 😊

Glad you enjoyed the trip (and appreciated my efforts!) I love Wales and daffodils are such pretty flowers to welcome in the spring time. Thanks.

Yay for Spring! It’s been the coldest winter in Tasmania in 50 years, so looking forward to the warmer weather.

Yes it is a very special time. Soon the sun will have some real warmth in it too which will be very nice. You will just get degrees warmer up your way. 🌞

Being on the other side of the world, where we’re gradually sliding into fall/autumn, it’s a joy to see such a lovely photo of one of my favorite spring flowers.
