This week, show us how two (or more) things — people, objects, places — come together.
The photo isn’t the best but it was taken last night when two of my daughters were together in England and made a late night (our time) Face Time call to home. It was such fun to see them together and interact and connect as if we were all together in the one room, instead of being on opposite sides of the world. You can just see my little beaming face in the top corner and their happy smiles squeezed into the frame. I managed to take this photo while we were talking not knowing that it would come in very handy for this week’s photo challenge, which has the theme of ‘Connected‘.
It’s all about staying connected!
Have a great weekend everyone!
Deb 🙂
PS. This was a theme last year when I did a Photo101 blogging course and here’s the post I used then. The Foot connection – surprise, surprise it’s about family again 🙂
Aw that’s so lovely.

Yes, I thought so too! Nothing like a proud and happy mother sharing stories of her offspring 😊, although the girls probably won’t be too happy with me 😉. Lucky for me that they rarely read my blog. Thanks – it’s been quite a family reunion this weekend what with Father’s Day and being connected with my girls.

Some people say social media etc disconnects us but this is a perfect example of how it can be the opposite. Lovely xx

Oh, the joy of Skype and FaceTime. It makes it so much easier to let kids wander the world. So much harder for my Mum when I travelled thirty years ago, with just snail mail and very expensive phone calls.

I know what you mean Ruth! It’s so much easier these days. My girls enjoy the get-togethers on line so we will just keep doing it. Thanks for your comment 😊

Wonderful theme picture and I so agree, that technology can be a great thing but we also have to put it down and unplug at times.

Yes we do Barbara. It can take over if we’re not careful.
