Weekly Photo Challenge: Connected (with technology)

This week, show us how two (or more) things — people, objects, places — come together.

The photo isn’t the best but it was taken last night when two of my daughters were together in England and made a late night (our time) Face Time call to home.  It was such fun to see them together and interact and connect as if we were all together in the one room, instead of being on opposite sides of the world.  You can just see my little beaming face in the top corner and their happy smiles squeezed into the frame.  I managed to take this photo while we were talking not knowing that it would come in very handy for this week’s photo challenge, which has the theme of ‘Connected‘.

It’s all about staying connected!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Deb 🙂

PS. This was a theme last year when I did a Photo101 blogging course and here’s the post I used then. The Foot connection – surprise, surprise it’s about family again 🙂

  2. Some people say social media etc disconnects us but this is a perfect example of how it can be the opposite. Lovely xx

  3. Oh, the joy of Skype and FaceTime. It makes it so much easier to let kids wander the world. So much harder for my Mum when I travelled thirty years ago, with just snail mail and very expensive phone calls.

  5. Wonderful theme picture and I so agree, that technology can be a great thing but we also have to put it down and unplug at times.
