Weekly photo challenge: Transition (from day to night)

This week’s photo challenge is all about transition.  I love taking photos of days ending and days starting (in other words sunsets and sunrises) so this was an easy choice to make.

I like the fact that for every day that ends a new day will start and with it a new outlook and new challenges.

It also means that we are still lucky enough to be here to see it all happen day after day! It also means that we haven’t transitioned from this world to the next yet either.

I took this photo just a few days ago and the colours in the sky were magnificent.  I haven’t really captured it very well but at least you can get the idea.
