Plane trail
As I stepped out for my morning run, the song playing in my ears was Big Jet Plane by Angus and Julia Stone and there right above me in the bright blue sky was a beautiful white plane trail. I took a moment to wish that I was on a big jet plane flying somewhere exotic before continuing on my mundane morning run.
I didn’t know that these white streaks are actually artificial clouds. Apparently they’re called contrails, which is a shortened version of the phrase “condensation trail.”
Mundane but yet beautiful!
