This is the world according to me…in photos, words, stories and sometimes even poetry. It’s a fun creative outlet, and as a bonus I get to meet some amazing bloggers from around the world.
My aim is to make you smile, educate you in some way, maybe inspire you and to share my world, while learning about your world.
I love an adventure and I always seem to find one – or it finds me! It keeps me feeling young :)
I’m living life to the fullest and embracing the challenges that come with midlife! I’m now a grandmother x 4, and I am as happy as a pig in mud.
Please take your time exploring my world – it’s full of stories, travels, adventures, photos and love.
I appreciate your visit, your likes and any comments or feedback you care to leave me. Feel free to share the love 😊

Thanks so much Su!, I think the smoke haze is responsible for the painting look. 🙂 I love it!

Thanks Donna, I didn’t edit it very much, I think it’s all the smoke haze that softens it to look like a painting.

Lovely view. What do people burn for warmth? Are they lighting wood fires to take off the chill?

Yes Molly, it’s wood fires generally. We had a big frost earlier in the week son winter is coming.
