This is the world according to me…in photos, words, stories and sometimes even poetry. It’s a fun creative outlet, and as a bonus I get to meet some amazing bloggers from around the world.
My aim is to make you smile, educate you in some way, maybe inspire you and to share my world, while learning about your world.
I love an adventure and I always seem to find one – or it finds me! It keeps me feeling young :)
I’m living life to the fullest and embracing the challenges that come with midlife! I’m now a grandmother as well and I am as happy as a pig in mud.
Please take your time exploring my world – it’s full of stories, travels, adventures, photos and love.
I appreciate your visit, your likes and any comments or feedback you care to leave me. Feel free to share the love 😊
Deb’s World has joy in its blood. With gorgeous pictures, and some very powerful reflections on both love and loss Deb shares some valuable wisdom from a glorious life. Deb is up for anything, and isn’t afraid to try what seems impossible. She’s great and definitely a Hidden Gem!

Wow! I’ve heard all about the heat you guys are getting. My sister lives in Brisbane and she’s told me all about it. Plus, of course, it’s the reason why England lost the ashes (I’m not a fan of cricket, but that’s what I was told). Try and keep cool, Deb. ☃️

Thanks Hugh, I’m doing OK so far! Of course it’s why England lost the Ashes 🙂 Don’t believe anything you hear about the Aussie Flu either, we’re not to blame!! So looking forward to meeting you in May 2018!!!

I use use some of that heat, Deb. Though it is a whopping 10 degrees Fahrenheit this morning here in Maine. A veritable heat wave here.

Wow, that’s warm after all your snow recently, I loved your photos of it around your house – amazing as I sit here in my shortest shorts and a singlet top after just being in the pool for an hour of doing aqua aerobics :

Ahhhh…how lovely your summer is, Deb. It was in the high 20’s yesterday and sunny and felt like a heat wave. It’s all relative, right?
