Sending you rainbows – Wordless Wednesday

Wordless Wednesday banner

Parts of Australia are burning but where we live it's been unseasonably cold. Sharing my rainbow shots for Wordless Wednesday - "Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud" - this quote by Maya Angelou is very fitting.

Hi I’m Debbie, making a fresh bold start in 2021!

Debbie - 60 years old and feeling Bold
60 years old and feeling Bold

Welcome to Deb’s World

This is the world according to me…in photos, words, stories and sometimes even poetry. It’s a fun creative outlet, and as a bonus I get to meet some amazing bloggers from around the world.

My aim is to make you smile, educate you in some way, maybe inspire you and to share my world, while learning about your world.

I love an adventure and I always seem to find oneΒ  – or it finds me!Β  It keeps me feeling young :)

I’m living life to the fullest and embracing the challenges that come with midlife! I’m now a grandmother x 4, and I am as happy as a pig in mud.

Please take your time exploring my world – it’s full of stories, travels, adventures, photos and love.

I appreciate your visit, your likes and any comments or feedback you care to leave me.  Feel free to share the love 😊

Travelling is in my family's blood and since being forced into an early retirement (due to a redundancy) I'm making the most of my 'spare time'. Along with travel, Rotary, running, cycling, reading, photography and social media, I love to blog. The community network, continually learning new skills, and sharing ideas is a source of great joy. Other things that make me happy are my husband, our three grown up daughters and family. I now have two new granddaughters, plus a new grandson. Taking pleasure in the everyday beauty around us is essential to a happy life - take time to smell the roses! It costs nothing to smile :)
