What is on your TO BE READ List? A fun #BookTag

Book Tag

The aim of this Book Tag is to find a book on your To Be Read list (TBR), for every letter of your blog name.

Find an unread book in your TBR (physical or kindle) to match each letter of your blog name. A great way to bring attention back to possibly forgotten books needing some love.

Cathy at Confessions of a Book Hoarder

As I keep a list of books that I want to read in Goodreads, I was able to spell out my blog name DEB’S WORLD in book titles, with a bit of poetical licence. I’ve also included the link to each book in case you’d like to find out more.

D – Dry by Neil Shusterman

E –English Passengers by Matthew Kneale

B – Big Lies in a Small Town by Diane Chamberlain

S –Silver – Chris Hammer

W –When God was a Rabbit by Sarah Winman

O – (It’s) OK that you’re not OK: Meeting grief and loss in a culture that doesn’t understand – Megan Devine

R – Rage by Suzanne Lowe

L – (The) Lightkeepers Wife by Karen Viggers

D – (The) Dead Ex – Jane Corry

Thanks to Cathy at Between the Lines for this fun tag. Cathy originally saw it on FictionFan’s Book Reviews and it seemed liked a fun thing to do, so I’ve joined in. It also reminded me to try and read some books from my waiting list, especially those that have been there for quite some time!

I’d love to hear if you’ve read any of these books and if so, what you’d recommend I read first.

Feel free to join in the fun and create your own book tag! If you do, make sure you link back to this post 🙂

It seems I’m on a bit of a roll in regards to books as my last post was also reading related 🙂 . Maybe it’s just that time of the year!

  1. Our online book club just voted to read a book written by Deb Keyworth’s teaching friend/colleague entitled A Million Dreams. But sadly, Amazon is sold out of the book and the Audible and Kindle editions won’t be available until mid-Feb. So now we have decided to go with our second place choice Long Bright River. Have seen mention of It’s Okay You’re Not Okay in several places. Might be time to check it out.

  2. Well done! Glad you took up the challenge! I haven’t read any of your books – sooo many books in the world – but I hope you enjoy them when you get to them. Reminding ourselves of all the great books we already have might stop us constantly adding more… maybe. 😉

  3. What a fun what to tackle those TBR books. I have so many just on my shelves, let alone on my kindle, might not be too hard to do this tag.
The only book I read was When God was a Rabbit – I rated it 5 and did enjoy it.

  4. Deb I love this and might even link up to it. The only book I’ve read on your list is the Light Keepers Wife. I really enjoyed it. As far as a recommendation for first book my ordered mind says you must start at D and read them in order. But that’s just me. Sharing this

  5. What a fun post! I have every intention to do more reading in 2020….but coming up with titles using my blog name would be such a challenge for me to write up and very , very challenging for my readers to read 🙂

  6. Hi Deb, that is a challenge especially for my blog name! I do love reading though and my guilty pleasure lately has been to work on my course or life in the mornings then relax in the afternoon with a good book. Lately I’ve been reading fiction set in London and Liverpool during WWII and also I do love a good crime or psychological thriller. I’ll have to put my thinking cap on with my list! Happy New Year!!! xx
