Thanks for the visit and comment Hugh. The weather here in Brisbane has been quite pleasant until the last few days. There’s a cyclone forming off the coast and it’s been a bit windy and showery but we are still managing to get out on the bikes most days.

Good to see you both enjoying cycling in between grand parenting time. It is a lovely spot out that way. I worked at Morton Island as a youngster 🙂

Our daughter worked at Tangalooma and then at Moreton Bay Boat Club as a sailing instructor – small world! You’re right it’s a beautiful place to ride and we enjoy mixing up our time with baby Patrick and riding/walking.

I worked at Tangalooma as a waitress with images of those beach parties still quite vivid 🙂 It is indeed a small world. The cycling and walking trails are popular and so much safer.
