This is the world according to me…in photos, words, stories and sometimes even poetry. It’s a fun creative outlet, and as a bonus I get to meet some amazing bloggers from around the world.
My aim is to make you smile, educate you in some way, maybe inspire you and to share my world, while learning about your world.
I love an adventure and I always seem to find one – or it finds me! It keeps me feeling young :)
I’m living life to the fullest and embracing the challenges that come with midlife! I’m now a grandmother x 4, and I am as happy as a pig in mud.
Please take your time exploring my world – it’s full of stories, travels, adventures, photos and love.
I appreciate your visit, your likes and any comments or feedback you care to leave me. Feel free to share the love 😊

Sunshine is almost the best, close running with laughter is the best medicine!

Happy Wednesday, Deb! I’ve been a Heliophile lately as the weather has been glorious. The mornings are crisp but the sun soon warms me up. Have a lovely day, my friend xx

I’m definitely a heliophile Sue, especially as we have some chilly times ahead, I know I’ll be looking for the sun! I love your ocean outlook, just a tad envious at times.

When my youngest child was born, I would walk with her on my shoulder and sing Sunshine on My Shoulder, along with my John Denver record.

Hi Deb,
This really struck me, “You Are My Sunshine” was to be our “Mother-Son” dance song at Chris’s (now postponed) wedding as I used to sing it to him as a little boy.
