This is the world according to me…in photos, words, stories and sometimes even poetry. It’s a fun creative outlet, and as a bonus I get to meet some amazing bloggers from around the world.
My aim is to make you smile, educate you in some way, maybe inspire you and to share my world, while learning about your world.
I love an adventure and I always seem to find one – or it finds me! It keeps me feeling young :)
I’m living life to the fullest and embracing the challenges that come with midlife! I’m now a grandmother x 4, and I am as happy as a pig in mud.
Please take your time exploring my world – it’s full of stories, travels, adventures, photos and love.
I appreciate your visit, your likes and any comments or feedback you care to leave me. Feel free to share the love 😊

I appreciate all therapy, Deb. The caption on your photo is perfect “…walking on sunshine.” My therapy is likely similar to yours. Walks, nature, loved ones.xx

Perfect. My therapy is walking, but there’s nothing quite like the quiet of trees to remind you how to breathe.

Feel like our lives don’t need any therapy, just waking up every morning is all we seem to need. Walking and exploring obviously helps though.

Being in nature and a good physical workout are all the therapy I need! Combine the two, and it’s pretty close to perfect.

Walking. In rain, sunshine or anything in between. That’s definitely my therapy. Thanks for sharing this uplifting photo!

Getting out to nature. Whether that is a nearby park or out to the mountains. Combine that with some exercise and I typically feel much better.

I agree Sue, nature is the perfect environment to help make us feel better. You have some spectacular places over there!
