From my World to yours….

Wherever you are, whoever you’re with, whatever you’re doing – wishing you as happy a Christmas and holiday season as is possible given the current circumstances. Many thanks for your continued support of my world.

2020 – what a year!

I’ve written a few posts about what’s gone on in 2020 – in case you missed them:

It’s been a real ‘for fox sake’ kind of year hasn’t it?

Debbie

This time last year we were with our daughter and her family in England and watching the bushfires ravage our area from afar.

It was so frightening, and little did we know it would be the last time, maybe years, that we would see them all!

I hang on tight to those precious memories.

I must say I’m really looking forward to a white (sandy) Christmas break.

I’m off to the beach for a few days with family so I will wish you all a happy time over the holidays.

    1. Hi Caz, it is hard looking back at those posts as it brings back all the memories. Some people in town are finding it hard as they remember being evacuated and not knowing what was going to happen. Thanks for stopping by. All the best to you and your family for a happier 2021. x

    1. Thanks Clive. I’ve been worrying about you all over there and watching the case numbers rise daily is scary. My daughter is now in Tier 4 in Somerset so hoping you all stay safe. Hoping 2021 is a better year for all of us.

      1. The really scary thing is that the government’s total incompetence is making some think they should ignore the precautions we are required to take. I’m in Tier 4 too – fortunately it is so cold here that I don’t want to go out anyway! You take care too – it’s good to see signs of normal life returning there, like crowds at Big Bash games 😊

        1. Only a few minutes now until we see this year out and welcome 2021. Hopefully it will be better for us all. To be honest I worry about the crowds at the cricket, I wouldn’t be going!! Take care Clive.
