Bright Squares

Every few months Becky has a square theme, where she posts a photo every day, it has to be square obviously, and reflect the theme. She invites others to join her in sharing their square photos, either every day or as they feel the urge.

The theme for April is Bright

As usual for a Squares Challenge month I will be sharing squares daily, and I would love it if you did the same. However if daily sounds too daunting, don’t worry. It is fine to join us weekly or even just pop in occasionally with your squares. The frequency of your squares depends on you and also your blog. All I ask is that your image has 4 equal sides, and that it reflects the theme of bright.

Bright Square #1

I’m starting today, the 1st April, but I can’t decide if I’ll post every day or once every now and again. Perhaps I’ll see how bright I feel as the month progresses.

Becky is in England where spring is springing, but down here in Aus, it’s glorious autumn, so a brightness of a different kind.

I’m impressed with Becky, as she not only posts every day for the month, but also collates all the posts linked to her theme and makes a fabulous gallery of them, which must take a lot of time and effort, but is also very entertaining and inclusive.

Without further ado, here are my bright and beautiful red leaves of autumn for Bright Square #1

    I don’t think I’ll join in as a daily challenge but I’m tempted to do some sort of compilation of bright squares at some point in the month as it’s a great theme 🙂

  13. I had a look thanks to seeing your post but I don’t think I can keep up daily! Love the theme though. Bright is me too! Beauty in Autumn!

    2. You’d be very welcome to join just for a day, or just for two – the daily thing is just something I do along with a colour of other squarers but most dip in and out. We’d love it if you joined us

    1. OMG!! That’s hot for autumn 🥵 we live in the mountains in NSW, so it’s only getting to mid 20s if we’re lucky but cooler at night. We get gorgeous autumn colours in the trees here. I love it! Some people have started their fires already.
