  1. We’re just getting into campfire season around here and was just thinking this morning of buying all the ingredients to make s’mores. My boys believe you can not have one without the other.

    1. It was getting chilly and there’s lots around here to burn off, which seems strange after having massive bushfires last year. All the fallen burnt trees have to be cleaned up somehow and burning them is the easiest!

    1. It is quite wet here at the moment Anne, and all the fallen, partly burnt trees from last year’s bushfires have to be disposed off somehow, and burning is the easiest way, but it feels strange!

  2. Used to love a good bonfire night when I was growing up. We always went to a firework event and also had them in the garden. There was always a bucket of cold water on standby. The next morning me and my friends would take an old wheelbarrow and collect the dead fireworks 😂🤣. I ask myself why

    1. Yes I am enjoying the course and learning a few new things. The bonfire was a way to get rid of some of the burnt trees from last year. It did feel a bit strange to all of us at the time though!
