A Word a Week family photo challenge
Week 2 – Spoon
Our Family Photo Challenge, ‘A Word a Week’ had spoon as the topic. Lots of great spoon shots were shared. Here’s mine!

Matching the turmeric tea on the spoon with the background (an orange cushion) was the only way I could think to make this photo in any way interesting!
The spoon is small, only a few centimetres long in fact, but the perspective shows it differently.
Week 3 is Beverage – I’m on the case today, stay tuned!

Happy days – I’m getting better with the almost wordless bit!

superb perspective, would never have realised how small it was! Loving the colours too, just what is needed here this morning as a very wet dully grey in southern England

Me too. Lots of people don’t seem to be fans of orange but it’s got it’s place for sure.

Hi Deb, I use tumeric in cooking but haven’t tried it as a tea. Tumeric helps with inflammation. What does it taste like? x

It has quite a strong taste but not too bad Sue. I don’t have it very often but probably should drink more of it! My brother-in-law asked if I’d used a chopped up Violet Crumble bar instead of the tea!

Who would have thought you could make such an engaging photo from a spoon of turmeric tea? I love the color. Nice work, Deb.

Well done on the perspective, Debbie. That looks like a HUGE spoon! Happy Sunday. Well, I guess it is already Monday where you are….

Yep Monday is well underway here Liesbet. I like the way the spoon appears bigger and pleased you like the different perspective.
