Lovely colours, I seem to recall yellow is your favourite, was there a blogging theme about colours ages ago? I seem to remember being inspired to write a series with each blog a different colour!

I’m trying to make the most of what the weather is throwing at us Donna and it’s definitely not spring weather yet. These roses are fabulous each and every year, I always make time to stop and smell the roses as I come inside the front door.

No words at all are required for this post Deb. The roses are stunning. I lover the apricot against the colour of the sky

Lovely seeing the photos of the budding and open roses, Debbie. They remind me so much of sunny but showery days. We’ve still got roses in bloom in our garden because it’s been so unseasonally mild. I hope you have a lovely display of them this spring and summer.

Thanks Hugh, they are really too good not to share! Hoping your winter isn’t too bad, but I have to say your summer when we were there was fabulous!!

Nothing beats a rose, Deb. Although I do have other flowers that make me feel happy like sunflowers and daffodils. A Raindrop on a rose is classic and I love the colour of your rose. Your rose shows we can flourish despite the hardships thrown at us. xx #WWandP

The colour is superb Sue and it just keeps on going regardless of what we do to it! I love your take on the rose being like friendship – how lovely thank you!

Like you I find it hard to do wordlessWednesday with no words! I sometimes add captions so I can say something! If the weather hasn’t been spring like then those roses are stellar for managing to make it through the rains! Bernie

I’m trying hard ever now and again to not use words Bernie but it’s sooo hard sometimes. I’m with you about using captions strategically.
