It is definitely not humid here at the moment but I wish it was!! It’s been freezing cold lately, but then I suppose that it is the middle of winter and I can’t expect too much!
This is a photo of The Water Palace in Jaipur (India). We were lucky enough to visit a few years ago and I love the way it appears to be floating serenely in the middle of Sagar Lake. It was a humid day when we visited and the water surrounding the Palace gave the impression of coolness and relief.
The history of this amazing place is very interesting “The palace, built in red sandstone, is a five storied building out of which four floors remain under water when the lake is full and the top floor is exposed”
This is my first entry to the One Word Photo Challenge – I look forward to participating again.

Wow, that is amazing! I may have to look up the history of this palace 🙂

Great image! I’m so glad you decided to join in! I can’t imagine being in this building with the bottom 4 floors submerged underwater, it must be such a surreal experience.
