I love reading!
I am an avid reader and like to keep a track of what books I read during the year. This page is a summary of my reading over the years with a few links.
I try to list what sort of book it was that I read, either a real book or on my kindle and sometimes I leave a little review or a rating. I’m also on Goodreads, in 2 book clubs and basically will read just about anything.
I believe losing yourself in a book is a way of relaxing and de-stressing – do you? Losing yourself in a book
Here’s a post I wrote about the Best Book I’ve ever read!

That’s a lot of reading Deb! Have you read The Rosie Project? If not, grab a copy – it’s a good read.

Is it obvious that I was on holidays in January? Things have slowed down in the reading for fun department since being back at work! But am reading a great book for Bookclub at the moment, will post the title when I have finished it. I’ll look out for the one you suggest too. Thanks📖

Wow, your book list puts me to shame. I must be doing something wrong – I seem to be permanently busy and find it hard to sit and read!

No you’re not doing anything wrong! I just love reading and read quite fast when I get involved with a book. There’s only a few that I can’t seem to finish as I try and make myself read on for as long as I can. I must admit to not being able to finish Freedom, I’ve had to put it aside for the moment. Good luck, let me know if you have any recommendations.

Deb have you read any Isabelle Allende? My absolute favourite author.
On the fantasy side, over the past few years Ive become addicted to the brilliant Robin Hobb.
Ive just finished reading online the sequel to One Green Bottle, written by our blogging friend Curtis Bausse.
One Green Bottle is available on amazon and the new book Perfume Island, available for release soon.
I’m actually not a fan of thrillers and never read crime stories but these two -riveting, captivating, awesome!
here’s Curtis’ blog https://curtisbausse.wordpress.com
Cheers 🙂

I got to this post from FB Authors/Bloggers Rainbow Support Club, Deb. I’m Wendy White on there but blog as Sara Gethin (my pen name). If you haven’t read ‘We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves’ by Karen Joy Fowler, I’d highly recommend it. I love unusual books and that’s very unusual and a great read.

Hi Sara/Wendy- thanks for the message and the follow on my blog. I had to check because I knew that book sounded familiar. We read it for book club quite some time ago. It was different and an enjoyable read once I worked out what was going on! Nice to meet you 😊
