Thanks! I stopped riding my bike up the hill just so that I could take it and then had to walk the rest of the way, so I’m pleased it worked out so well.

Going well thanks. I’ve got the all clear to start running again but I have to take it slowly which I’m happy to do.

Thanks Sue, it was a lovely sight as I rode up the hill towards home. I then stopped, lost all momentum and had to walk the bike the rest of the way.
